What to do if I encounter a problem?

We want Codenga to work properly on different devices and systems. And we believe we are managing to do so. However, if you encounter a problem, if you notice that something does not work as it should, then please use the tips from this article. These are standard procedures that solve the vast majority of Codenga problems.

Refresh the page

In many cases, reloading and clearing the browser cache will help. Open the Codenga website in your browser and try the following steps.

If you are using the desktop version of Chrome, then use the shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + R (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + R (macOS). These shortcuts should also work in the Firefox browser.

If you are using Chrome on Android then clear the cache as instructed.

After performing the steps above, check straight away if the problem remains. If so, try the next steps.

Check Codenga in Incognito Mode

It is also worth checking Codenga's performance in the Incognito Mode.

If you are using the desktop version of Chrome, then use the shortcut: Ctrl + Shift + N (Windows) or Cmd + Shift + N (macOS).

If you're using Chrome on Android then follow these instructions.

Every popular browser has an Incognito Mode. When launched, a new browser window will appear. In this window, go to Codenga and check if the problem you encountered remains.

The advantage of Incognito Mode is that it does not load any plugins, which quite often cause various problems with the performance of web applications.

Use a different browser

Another thing to do when diagnosing the problem is to use a different browser. Log into your Codenga account from a different browser than the one you usually use. Check if the problem still occurs.

Are you using Chrome? Then check if the problem occurs in Firefox. Are you using Safari? Then try Codenga in Chrome.

Use a different device

You can use your Codenga account on various platforms. If you can do so, please check if the problem occurs on a different device.

Do you use a laptop and have a phone at hand? Are you using your phone and have access to another device? Try logging out of Codenga and logging in again on another device. See if the problem remains.

If the problem still exists, please contact Codenga

The suggestions above still did not fix the problem? Write to us: https://codenga.com/contact.

We would appreciate it if you could provide us with information about the device and the browser you are using. This will not only help us solve the problem faster but it will also allow us to further improve the Codenga platform.
